YayPay (YayPay.com) announced today the launch of a new accounts receivable office service available to all small businesses. The new startup company will provide state-of-the-art software and outsourcing services with affordable subscription plans that will fit any small business.

“YayPay’s mission is to accelerate the cash flow for small businesses through faster invoice collection and to improve customer payment communications. We know that every large company has an entire accounts receivable department. Unfortunately, small business owners routinely fill this role which takes them away from growing or improving their small business, now they have an alternative,” said Anthony Venus, CEO and co-founder of YayPay.

The company is not entering the startup community quietly as they have just been selected by a panel of judges to compete in the competitive “Startup Battlefield” competition at TechCrunch’s Disrupt event on December 7 in London. Startup Battlefield brings the world’s top early stage startups together on one stage to compete for the coveted Disrupt Cup, a $50,000 prize and a title that has launched many companies into a worldwide spotlight.

“We are honored to have been selected to compete for the Disrupt Cup, but we are even more thrilled to launch YayPay’s accounts receivable office suite for small businesses. We understand that communication with customers about money is one of the hardest parts of owning a business and so we created an innovative way for small business owners to ease the burdens that come with the account receivable side of the business,” said Venus.

Large companies that have in-house accounts receivable departments get paid two to three times faster than small businesses. We hope to level the playing field for small businesses. YayPay’s mission is to accelerate cash flow for small businesses through faster invoice collection and to improve customer payment communications.

“YayPay is very easy for any business to utilize, our customers get accounts receivable analytics to better understand their cash flow and better manage their accounts receivable book, and ultimately get paid faster,” said Venus.

Visit YayPay.com where plans start at just $29 per month, with a popular $99 plan; and are flexible to meet the needs of growing small businesses. YayPay’s invoice collection plans include calling time from professional accounts receivable staff, statements, email and automated text reminders, and the ability to accept payments by a secure link using a credit card, PayPal and ACH e-checks. Customers can upload invoices for collection on the YayPay platform using Quickbooks or simply upload excel or word invoices, or issue YayPay e-invoices.
